  Las políticas se vuelven fallidas en un Sistemas de Control Interno del Ministerio de Educación Pública (MEP) de la República de Costa Rica, cuando los objetivos planteados para el mismo no se cumplen. Para entender la importancia del control interno dentro de las Instituciones gubernamentales o el Estado, debemos entender el propósito para el cual han sido establecidos; ya que resguardan los recursos de la organización, con el fin de evitar negligencias o desviaciones que se presenten en las Instituciones del Estado y que puedan afectar el cumplimiento de este.

  The policies become unsuccessful in an Internal Control System of the Ministry of Public Education (MEP) of the Republic of Costa Rica, when the objectives set for it are not met. To understand the importance of internal control within government institutions or the state, we must understand the purpose for which they have been established; since they safeguard the resources of the organization, with the purpose of avoiding negligence or deviations that appear in the Institutions of the State and that can affect the fulfillment of the same.
