    Resumen: Este artículo tiene como principal objetivo recuperar la historicidad inmediata de las categorías de “consenso, pacto y concertación” durante los años 1987-1989, poniendo especial énfasis en tres elementos: a) las políticas de alianzas fallidas; b) el significado construido por algunos intelectuales de la oposición a la dictadura militar y c) las “recepciones situadas” de los procesos de transición de otras latitudes, en particular la de España. Con lo anterior se busca indagar en los horizontes de posibilidades del presente-pasado y a través de allí, repensar las complejidades de un tiempo de alta incertidumbre, olvidado en las críticas presentes a la Transición realizada, que descontextualiza el significado de las categorías sustanciales que guiaron el imaginario del proceso.

    Abstract: The main objective of this article is to recover the immediate historicity of the categories of "consensus, pact and agreement" during the years 1987-1989, placing special emphasis on three elements: a) the policies of failed alliances; b) the meaning constructed by some intellectuals of the opposition to the military dictatorship and c) the “situated receptions” of the transition processes from other latitudes, particularly that of Spain. With the above, it seeks to investigate the horizons of possibilities of the present-past and through there, rethink the complexities of a time of high uncertainty, forgotten in the present criticisms of the Transition carried out, which decontextualizes the meaning of the substantial categories that guided the imaginary of the process.
