Resumen de Educación social dentro del sistema educativo en Comunidad Valenciana: experiencias de éxito

  Las experiencias de intervenciones socioeducativas dentro del sistema educativo valenciano han sido frecuentes y en muchos casos exitosas, pero hasta ahora se han desarrollado como colaboraciones externas. En un momento en que se plantea la incorporación de la figura del educador o educadora social como integrante del sistema educativo, en este artículo se presenta un análisis de estas experiencias, que tiene como objetivo identificar las funciones más habituales, y las claves que acompañan su éxito. El estudio se basa en el Informe elaborado por el Colegio Profesional de Educadoras y Educadores Sociales de la Comunidad Valenciana, a partir del análisis de las fichas de información recogidas y completado a través de un grupo triangular realizado con informantes clave. El análisis descriptivo de las fichas y el análisis de contenido del grupo triangular permite concluir que las funciones más destacadas son las relativas a la coordinación y que las claves de éxito se vinculan, de forma paralela, con la colaboración realista y empática con los equipos educativos

  Experiences of socio-educational interventions within the Valencian education system have been frequent and in many cases successful, but until now they have been developed as external collaborations. At a time when the incorporation of the figure of the social educator as an integral part of the education system is being considered, this article presents an analysis of these experiences, with the aim of identifying the most common functions and the keys to their success. The study is based on the report prepared by the Professional Association of Social Educators of the Valencian Community, and it start with the analysis of the information sheets collected and completed through a triangular group carried out with key informants. The descriptive analysis of the information sheets and the content analysis of the triangular group led to the conclusion that the most important functions are those related to coordination and that the keys to success are linked, in parallel, to realistic and empathetic collaboration with the educational teams.
