Resumen de El clima organizacional en organizaciones educativas

El dinamismo actual que envuelve a las instituciones educativas las reta a adoptar innovadoras posturas organizacionales permitiéndoles ser flexibles ante entornos cambiantes, considerando que estas entidades están determinadas por el compromiso, el esfuerzo y la motivación de las personas que las integran y donde el clima organizacional es elemento que ha de coadyuvar a ello. Considerando esto, la investigación tuvo como objetivo describir el clima organizacional como elemento fundamental para repensar y mejorar las instituciones educativas. En tal sentido, la metodología asumida correspondió con un diseño documental-bibliográfico, mediante la observación sistemática de material documental. Finalmente, el clima organizacional es un fenómeno de la realidad organizacional construida que tiene incidencia no solo en los desempeños individuales, sino, también en la acción de la organización como un todo integrado, de ahí que sea un constructo útil y necesario para el abordaje de todo tipo de organizaciones, pero, en especial las educativas.

The current dynamism that surrounds educational institutions challenges them to adopt innovative organizational postures allowing them to be flexible in the face of changing environments, considering that these entities are determined by the commitment, effort and motivation of the people who make them up and where the organizational climate is an element that must contribute to this. Considering this, the objective of the research was to describe the organizational climate as a fundamental element to rethink and improve educational institutions. In this sense, the methodology adopted corresponded to a documentary-bibliographic design, through the systematic observation of documentary material. Finally, organizational climate is a phenomenon of the constructed organizational reality that has an impact not only on individual performance, but also on the action of the organization as an integrated whole, which is why it is a useful and necessary construct for approaching all types of organizations, but especially educational ones.
