El confinamiento por Covid-19 y su impacto psicológico en los estudiantes de bachillerato

    La pandemia por el Covid19 trastoco la vida cotidiana. En tal sentido, aparte de vivir la emergencia sanitaria, se agudiza la crisis de salud mental, siendo los estudiantes de bachillerato uno de los grupos más afectado al asumir el confinamiento, en momentos críticos de su desarrollo psico-emocional y en un periodo donde es relevante el contacto físico y la socialización a cuerpo presente. Por consiguiente, surge el artículo centrado en describir cómo ha impactado psicológicamente la pandemia y el confinamiento por Covid19 en los estudiantes de bachillerato. Metodológicamente responde a un diseño documental-bibliográfico. En conclusión, la pandemia y el confinamiento han impactado al estudiante en su esfera individual y social, manifestándose con afectaciones tanto físicas como psicológicas, ya que desestructuraron su orden cotidiano coadyuvando al aumento de emociones negativas como: tristeza, soledad, ira, miedo, angustia, e incidiendo en los estados motivacionales, el incremento del estrés, la ansiedad y la depresión.

    The Covid19 pandemic disrupted daily life. In this sense, apart from experiencing the health emergency, the mental health crisis is aggravated, being high school students one of the most affected groups when assuming the confinement, in critical moments of their psycho-emotional development and in a period where physical contact and socialization is relevant. Therefore, this article focuses on describing the psychological impact of the pandemic and Covid19 confinement on high school students. Methodologically, it responds to a documentary-bibliographic design. In conclusion, the pandemic and the confinement have impacted the students in their individual and social sphere, manifesting themselves with physical and psychological affectations, since they destructured their daily order, contributing to the increase of negative emotions such as: sadness, loneliness, anger, fear, anguish, and influencing the motivational states, the increase of stress, anxiety and depression.
