Resumen de El Queso Agujereado: Un caso clínico tratado desde la Psicoterapia Integradora Humanista

  Este artículo presenta a Celia, una mujer de 47 años, separada y con tres hijos, que vive a medio camino entre Alemania y España. Acude a terapia con una sintomatología ansiogena, que pronto veremos está relacionada con una angustia existencial consecuencia de una pérdida de proyecto vital. Se ha realizado el diagnóstico con DSM, viendo la dificultad de esta clasificación para poder enmarcar los problemas del caso. El diagnóstico con la Psicoterapia Integradora Humanista sin embargo, nos aporta la estructura global y concreta para entender a Celia, dejándonos ver así, la riqueza del modelo. Se describe el proceso terapéutico que se inició en 2018 y se mantuvo durante dos años, con una periodicidad variable y realizado principalmente en una modalidad online. Se explican los temas relevantes en los cuales se realizaron intervenciones concretas, y se detallan algunas sesiones destacables del proceso que permiten tener una visión global del trabajo terapéutico.

  This article introduces Celia, a 47-year-old woman, separated, mother of three children and livinghalfway between Germany and Spain. She comes to therapy with an anxiogenic symptomatology, which we will soon realise to be related to an existential anguish resulting from the loss of her vital project. She has been diagnosed according to DSM,taking into consideration the difficulty of this classification in order to frame the problems of the case. However, the diagnosis with the Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy provides us the global and concrete structure to understand Celia; letting us being aware of the richness of the model. It describes the therapeutic process that began in 2018 and lasted two years, with a variable periodicity and mainly carried out in an online modality. The relevant topics, which specific interventions were conducted in, are explained; and some remarkable sessions of the process are also detailed, which lets us have a global vision of the therapeutic work
