  La investigación evidencia la importancia del Turismo Inclusivo como estrategia de Desarrollo Local en la cabecera cantonal de Puerto López, con el objetivo de permitir un turismo para todos, es decir, sin exclusión en los diferentes destinos turísticos. Se utilizaron metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa, método documental, descriptivo y estadístico, mismo que se realizaron a través de la revisión bibliográfica en bases de datos académicos y páginas web, referenciando variables como; turismo inclusivo y desarrollo local, afín de aplicar de manera justificada las estrategias. En lo posterior, se analizó la situación actual de los servicios turísticos para el recibimiento de los turistas de la cabecera cantonal de Puerto López, con el fin de diseñar un modelo de gestión estratégico inclusivo para las empresas turísticas públicas para lograr el máximo rendimiento y competitividad en el sector proporcionando servicios turísticos con una gestión eficiente para contribuir a mejorar la calidad de vida en la localidad a través del Turismo Inclusivo.

  The purpose of this work is to determine the importance of Inclusive Tourism as a Local Development strategy in the cantonal capital of Puerto López, with the objective of allowing tourism for all, that is, without exclusion in the different tourist destinations. The research was conducted through a literature review in academic databases and websites referencing variables such as inclusive tourism and local development, in order to apply the strategies in a justified manner, subsequently, the current situation of tourism services for the reception of tourists in the cantonal capital of Puerto Lopez was analyzed, in order to design an inclusive strategic management model for public tourism companies to achieve maximum performance and competitiveness in the sector by providing tourism services with efficient management to obtain a better quality of life in the town through Inclusive Tourism. The qualitative and quantitative research was supported by the documentary, descriptive and statistical method.
