Resumen de Los temas de investigación de los maestrantes: experiencias y análisis

Sobre que investigan los Maestrantes de nuestra Institución formadora de docentes, es el tema de este trabajo. Con un enfoque cualitativo, metodología de diseño emergente y con instrumentos como formulario Google, el análisis de los documentos de tesis de la generación 2020-2022, presentamos la respuesta a esta interrogante. Los Maestrantes enfrentaron la situación atípica de la pandemia y el confinamiento por covid-19 y realizaron sus tesis bajo la metodología de investigación-acción. Desarrollaron competencias del perfil de egreso de la Institución, al generar conocimiento y mejorar la calidad de su enseñanza en beneficio de sus estudiantes.

About what the teachers of our teacher training institution investigate, is the subject of this work. With a qualitative approach, emerging design methodology and instruments such as Google form, the analysis of the thesis documents of the 2020-2022 generation, we present the answer to this question. The Maestrantes faced the atypical situation of the pandemic and confinement due to covid-19 and carried out their theses under the research-action methodology. They developed competencies of the Institution’s graduate profile, by generating knowledge and improving the quality of their teaching for the benefit of their students.
