    Se presenta una investigación cualitativa cuyo objetivo es realizar una aproximación a las percepciones que el profesorado en formación inicial (PFI) del Grado en Educación Infantil (EI) tiene con respecto al conocimiento de diferentes cuestiones relacionadas con la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de las ciencias, Se diseñó y aplicó un formulario Knwoledge and Prior Study Inventory (KPSI) y se realizó una revisión de la Memoria para la solicitud de verificación de títulos oficiales del Grado en EI. Los resultados muestran evidencias de la necesidad de formación que el PFI presenta en lo relativo a la enseñanza de las ciencias.

    It presents a qualitative investigation whose aim is to realise an approximation to the perceptions that the initial teachers training (ITT) of the Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) has regarding the knowledge of different questions related with the education and the learning of the sciences, designed and applied a form Knwoledge and Prior Study Inventory (KPSI) and realised a review of the Memory for the application of verification of official titles of the Degree in EI. The results show evidences of the need of training that the PFI presents regarding the education of the sciences.
