    El objetivo de investigación fue evaluar la efectividad integral del Programa Pensión 65 en el ámbito de la Ex Micro Red de Salud IV de la Diris Lima Centro en el presente año 2022, La investigación fue descriptiva, no experimental, transversal y correlacional aplicado a una muestra de 136 adultos mayores que participan en el Programa Pensión 65, la técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario, para ello se realizó una investigación de diseño, pues se realizó sin manipular variables, permitiendo describir y analizar su incidencia en un momento dado. Se logró identificar que el índice de efectividad integral del Programa Pensión 65 en el ámbito de la Ex Micro Red de Salud IV de la Diris Lima Centro, es regular, esto debido a que un porcentaje significativo se inclinó por esa tendencia y la consideran de ese modo, asimismo existe una tendencia que opino que es inadecuada

    The research objective was to evaluate the comprehensive effectiveness of the Pension 65 Program in the field of the Former Micro Health Network IV of the Diris Lima Center in the current year 2022. The research was descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational applied to a sample. of 136 older adults who participate in the Pension 65 Program, the technique was the survey and the instrument the questionnaire, for which a design investigation was carried out, since it was carried out without manipulating variables, allowing to describe and analyze its incidence at a given moment. It was possible to identify that the integral effectiveness index of the Pension 65 Program in the scope of the Former Micro Health Network IV of Diris Lima Centro, is regular, this is due to the fact that a significant percentage leaned towards this trend and consider it that way. Similarly, there is also a trend that I think is inappropriate.
