    El Museo de la Educación de la Universidad de Padua se inauguró en 1993 y ahora forma parte del nuevo Departamento de Filosofía Sociología Pedagogía Psicología Aplicada-FISPPA.

    Los estudiosos han encontrado en el patrimonio histórico-educativo, progresivamente recogido y conservado, una gran cantidad de material documental que ha permitido llevar a cabo numerosas investigaciones. El museo cuenta con mucho material tanto de la escuela como de la vida extraescolar, especialmente de la infancia. Los fondos no sólo son objeto de la atención de numerosos escolares visitantes, sino también de estudiantes universitarios. Las colaboraciones con instituciones locales han dado lugar a exposiciones, inauguraciones especiales y actividades con familias y grupos.

    In 1993, the University of Padua opened a Museum of Education that is now part of its Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Education and Applied Psychology (FISPPA).

    The museum’s gradually-acquired collections revolving around the history of education provide scholars with an abundance of documentation to help them pursue their research. The museum is a treasure trove of materials relating to life both inside and outside the schoolroom, particularly in early childhood. The exhibits are of interest not only to the numerous school groups that visit the museum, but also to university students. With the cooperation of various other bodies in the area, the museum has also organized exhibitions, special openings, and family and group activities.
