Educación para el bienestar colectivo: estrés docente como limitante pedagógica

    La presente investigación tiene el propósito de analizar los aportes que la educación ofrece para el bienestar colectivo; por lo cual, considera el estrés del docente como limitante de las acciones pedagógicas. Es un estudio bibliográfico de carácter diacrónico desde el enfoque racionalista deductivo. Identifica las causas que provocan malestar mental y físico de quienes instruyen. Insiste que repetir los modelos fabriles concomitantes al mercado neoliberal en la escuela conlleva las distancias de los hechos educativos con las reales necesidades sociales. Por lo tanto, aprovechar los aportes de los mejores planes de formación amerita subvertir las relaciones alienantes por disposiciones éticas. Es decir, la enseñanza como correlato de la vida digna implica formar para convivir éticamente.

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the contributions that education offers for collective well-being; therefore, it considers the stress of the teacher as a limitation of the pedagogical actions. It is a bibliographical study of a diachronic nature from the deductive rationalist approach. Identifies the causes that cause mental and physical discomfort of those who instruct. He insists that repeating the manufacturing models concomitant to the neoliberal market in the school entails the distances of the educational facts with the real social needs. Therefore, taking advantage of the contributions of the best training plans merits subverting alienating relationships by ethical dispositions. That is, teaching as a correlate of a dignified life implies training to live ethically.
