Resumen de Derecho humano al bienestar: alienación parental en los procesos judiciales de tenencia

  La presente investigación tiene el objetivo de analizar el derecho humano al bienestar; por lo cual, considera el síndrome de alienación parenteral en los procesos judiciales de tenencia.

  Es un estudio bibliográfico de carácter diacrónico desde el enfoque de indagación racionalista deductivo. Reflexiona las agresiones consecuentes de convivencias donde priva el egoísmo; en concordancia, fomenta acciones jurídicas y pedagógicas que desarticulan la violencia característica de la manipulación emocional. En virtud, promueve los compromisos éticos que brinda la solidaridad como fortaleza de relaciones colectivas prestar al sano desarrollo psíquico y material de los infantes. Concluye que garantizar el mejor contexto socioafectivo de los menores favorece sociedades habitables al servir a interrelaciones éticamente sustentadas.

  The present investigation has the objective of analyzing the human right to well-being;

  therefore, it considers the parenteral alienation syndrome in the judicial processes of possession. It is a bibliographical study of a diachronic nature from the deductive rationalist inquiry approach. Reflect on the consequent aggressions of coexistence where selfishness prevails; accordingly, it promotes legal and pedagogical actions that dismantle the violence characteristic of emotional manipulation. By virtue, it promotes the ethical commitments that provide solidarity as a strength of collective relations to lend to the healthy psychic and material development of infants. It concludes that guaranteeing the best socio-affective context for minors guarantees livable societies by fostering ethically sustained interrelationships.
