Resumen de Coworkings Sociais como apoio ao empreendedorismo: proposição de definição do construto e de abordagem de investigação

  Diante dos diversos dinamismos ocorridos nos últimos anos na sociedade, na economia e nas formas de trabalho, mecanismos que consigam aderir as lacunas existentes e que amparem as camadas sociais não favorecidas, adentrando em espaços não conquistados, podem abrir condições alternativas de empreender. Desta forma, o objetivo deste ensaio é especificar o domínio do construto Coworking Social (CW Social) e seu apoio ao empreendedorismo, bem como apresentar uma abordagem de investigação. Através do embasamento teórico-metodológico da Economia colaborativa, Redes, Empreendedorismo e do Geoprocessamento, apresentou-se dez proposições que alcançam o conceito, a estrutura, a natureza, as regiões estimuladas e suas possíveis propensões e necessidades. Frente as proposições expostas, conceitua-se a base principal do constructo Coworking Social, bem como sua forma de investigação. A partir destes haverá a possibilidade e abertura lógica de Coworkings em ambientes não convencionais que também necessitam da entrega de resultados e Know-how existente nas inter-relações presentes na literatura sobre o tema, auxiliando assim, nos processos e soluções frente aos desafios a serem encontrados, sobretudo no Brasil.

  Facing the various dynamics that, in recent years, took place in society, in the economy, and in the forms of work, mechanisms that can adhere to the existing gaps and support the unprivileged social segments entering into unconquered spaces can open alternative conditions for entrepreneurship. Thus, this essay aims to specify the construct Social Coworking (Social CW) domain and its support for entrepreneurship as well as present an investigation approach. The theoretical and methodological foundation of Collaborative Economy, Entrepreneurship, and Geoprocessing presents ten (10) propositions that reach the concept, the structure, the nature, the stimulated regions, and possible propensities and needs which create the main basis of the construct Social Coworking and its investigation. Based on these propositions, there will be the possibility and logical opening of Co-workings in non-conventional environments that also need the production of results and know-how existing in the interrelationships present in the literature on the subject, thus assisting in the processes and solutions to the challenges to be found, especially in Brazil.
