    El cuidar se ha convertido en la clave para comprender, explicar e interpretar los cambios que han ocurrido en el desarrollo de la humanidad y entender la relación que las personas mantienen con la naturaleza. El cuidado cultural ante el reconocimiento de la diversidad y de la universalidad del cuidado; se refiere a la similitud o uniformidad y pluralidad en los significados, modelos, valores, modos de vida y símbolos de los cuidados que se manifiestan entre las culturas. El reto de Leninger estriba en la estructuración de los cuidados orientándolos hacia las diferentes culturas y cosmovisiones, de manera creativa y sensible, aprendiendo en la vinculación con la sociedad, a centrarse en las necesidades evidentes o anticipadas para la salud o el bienestar de los grupos y de la persona para afrontar discapacidades y la manera de vivir y morir.

    Caring has become the key to understand, explain and interpret the changes that have occurred in the development of humanity and understand the relationship that people have with nature. The cultural care before the recognition of the diversity and the universality of the care; It refers to the similarity or uniformity and plu- rality in the meanings, models, values, ways of life and symbols of care that are manifested between cultures.Leninger's challenge lies in the structuring of care, orienting it towards different cultures and worldviews, in a creative and sensitive way, learning in connection with society, to focus on the evident or anticipated needs for the health or well-being of groups and of the person to face disabilities and the way of living and dying.
