    Este estudio analiza los resultados alcanzados por el proyecto NAF de la UMET Machala en el fortalecimiento de la cultura tributaria de los contribuyentes del cantón y sus efectos a nivel académico y de recaudación. Se aplico una metodología de tipo descriptiva, con enfoque cuantitativo y corte longitudinal, por medio del análisis descriptivo del registro de 4.690 personas atendidas y 124 encuestas a participantes capacitados. Los resultados reflejan que las labores del proyecto impactaron positivamente el reconocimiento de responsabilidades fiscales de los microempresarios, incrementando la recaudación cantonal, adicional al conocimiento, generando un aporte a la academia y la sociedad.

    This study analyzes the results achieved by the NAF project of the UMET Machala on the strengthening of the taxation culture from the taxpayers of the territory, and its academic and fundraising effects. A descriptive methodology was applied, with a quantitative approach and a longitudinal cut, through the descriptive analysis of the registry of 4,690 people attended and 124 surveys of trained participants. The results show that the project activities positively impacted the recognition of fiscal responsibilities of micro-entrepreneurs, increasing the cantonal revenue, in addition to the knowledge generated, which supposed a contribution to the academy and the society.
