    Esta sentencia analiza las condiciones generales de un contrato de juego tras la ejecución, por parte del operador, de algunas de sus cláusulas. Esencialmente se discute si el operador tiene la facultad de limitar apuestas y ganancias, suspender la cuenta del usuario y ejercer el desistimiento unilateral sin alegar causa alguna. Ambas instancias, en general, comparten argumentos, si bien con una disensión relativa al desistimiento. Como elemento central del análisis del contrato se ubica la aplicación del derecho de los consumidores para este tipo de relación jurídica, y su combinación con las reglas especiales que rigen en este sector.

    This decision analyzes the general conditions of a gambling agreement after the execution, by the operator, of some of its clauses. Essentially, it is discussed whether the operator has the power to limit bets and earnings, suspend the user's account and exercise unilateral withdrawal without alleging any cause. Both instances, in general, share arguments, although with a dissent regarding the withdrawal. A central element of the contract analysis is the application of consumer law for this type of legal relationship, and its combination with the special rules that govern this sector.
