Resumen de Dos «proeles para la poesía»: Carlos Salomón y Julio Maruri (Más allá de Proel)

La consideración de grupo de los poetas reunidos en torno a la revista Proel ha potenciado el mito de la «Atenas del Norte» para referirse a la actividad poética del Santander de los años 40 y 50; pero, al mismo tiempo, ha frenado la lectura individual de algunos de los poetas para construir su creación poética distintiva, su diversidad en la unidad de contexto y en la variedad de trayectoria en el entorno de Proel, pero sobre todo, «más allá de Proel» donde crecen y maduran. Dos de esos poetas, Carlos Salomón y Julio Maruri presentan trayectorias diversas de distinto alcance. A reflexionar sobre ellas se dedica este trabajo.

Considering the group of poets gathered around the Literary Review Proel has enhanced the myth of the «Athens of the North» to refer to Santander's poetic activity of the 40's and 50’s; but at the same time, individual reading of some of these poets has been slowed down, so as it has been difficult to build their distinctive poetic creation, their diverse voices in the unitary context of Proel, but above all, «beyond Proel» where they grow and mature. Two of these poets, Carlos Salomon and Julio Maruri present diverse poetic development of varying significance. This research deals with both poets’ development.
