Resumen de Tortura Euskal Herrian 1960tik 2013a arte

This thesis research will investigate the cases of torture from 1960 to 2013 in the Basque Country.
Our work will be based on Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) publications, International reports and direct interviews. On the same way, we will explain that the Spanish government antiterrorist legislation empowers torture. On the other hand, we will explain why the Spanish Government tortures basque people with alleged links to the conflict. Finally, we will attempt to give a gender perspective of this analysis.

Tesia lan honen ikerketak Euskal Herrian 1960tik 2013 arte izan diren tortura kasuak ikertuko ditu.
Nazioarteko eta Gobernuz Kanpoko Erakundeen (GKE) bidez, baita ere elkarrizketa zuzenei esker Euskal Herrian gertatu diren tortura kasuak ikertuko dira. Bide beretik azalduko da Espainiar Estatuak legedi antiterroristen bidez tortura ahalbidetu duela.
