    El artículo de reflexión se orienta a develar el tratamiento del concepto de “participación ciudadana” que se encuentra en el Acuerdo Final entre el Gobierno Nacional de Colombia y las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia – Ejército del Pueblo (FARC-EP). Se toma como unidad de estudio las dos versiones del acuerdo, la publicada el 24 de agosto del 2016, fecha previa al plebiscito por la paz; y la del 24 de noviembre, posterior al plebiscito y en donde se han agregado las concertaciones de los opositores. La categoría principal para el análisis reflexivo refiere a la construcción de la paz, específicamente los procesos de participación. Desde un enfoque reflexivo-argumentativo, se plantea como tesis que la construcción de la paz es un proceso social en el cual todos y cada uno de los ciudadanos, ejercen un papel fundamental en la consolidación del posconflicto y la superación del conflicto armado. Se concluye en la necesidad de la participación ciudadana de los diferentes actores, no solo en la veeduría de lo acordado, sino planteando trayectorias de reencuentro para generar mecanismos de conciliación y desarrollo.

    The article of reflection is aimed at revealing the treatment of the concept of “citizen participation” found in the Final Agreement between the National Government of Colombia and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia - People’s Army (RAFC-PA). The two versions of the agreement are taken as the unit of study, the one published on August 24, 2016, the date prior to the plebiscite for peace; and that of November 24, after the plebiscite and where the concertations of the opponents have been added. The main category for reflexive analysis refers to the construction of peace, specifically participation processes. From a reflexive-argumentative approach, it is proposed as a thesis that the construction of peace is a social process in which each and every citizen plays a fundamental role in the consolidation of the post-conflict and the overcoming of the armed conflict. It concludes in the necessity of the citizen participation of the different actors, not only in the oversight of the agreed, but proposing trajectories of reunion to generate conciliation and development mechanisms.
