    El presente texto menciona algunos manifiestos inscritos en la obra plástica y profesional de Rafael Ángel “Felo García”. Artista plástico, arquitecto, exfutbolista. En Inglaterra fue miembro fundador del grupo plástico “New Vision”. En Costa Rica, instauró el conocido “Grupo 8”, el cual se convirtió en un colectivo de artistas preocupados por la formación de una sociedad más abierta y tolerante hacia las diferentes e innovadoras expresiones artísticas. Gestó la creación del Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y Arquitectos y de la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad de Costa Rica. Poseedor de un temperamento inquieto, polifacético e insurrecto, Felo García es uno de los artistas de vanguardia más conspicuos de la historia costarricense.

    This text mentions some obvious enrolled in the plastica and professional work of Rafael Angesl “Felo” García.

    He is a plastic artist, architect, and ex-soccer player. In England, he was a founding member of the group “New Vision”. In Costa Rica, he created the famous “Grupo 8”, which became a collective of artists concerned with the formation of a more open and tolerant society, towards the different and innovative artistic expressions.

    He began the creation of the Federal College of Engineers and Architects and the School of Architecture at the University of Costa Rica. Holder of a restless, multifaceted and rebel temperament, Felo Garcia is one of the most important avant-garde Costa Rican artists
