Resumen de La importancia de la carrera de Derecho en el Ecuador

  El presente trabajo investigativo, analizó la importancia de las Carreras de Derecho en el Ecuador, así como también el hecho de estudiar Derecho en el país, se inicia valorando la importancia de la educación en general en cualquier persona, luego se circunscribe dicho análisis a las ciencias Jurídicas, posteriormente se consideran aspectos concernientes a que el Derecho en un país es de fundamental importancia debido a que regulariza la convivencia formal de sus habitantes y para ello define las normas primordiales de dicha convivencia. Se considera que la reglamentación fundamental esta conceptualizada en la Constitución que norma todos los derechos y obligaciones de los ciudadanos. El objetivo del trabajo fue: analizar la percepción de los estudiantes de los sextos cursos de varios colegios de la ciudad de Guaranda sobre la importancia del Derecho en el Ecuador y en base a ello la definición del nivel de atracción que tiene la Carrera en la región. Se aplicó una metodología investigativa de tipo cuali-cuantitativa, se desarrolló una investigación de campo en la cual se trabajó con una población aproximada de 600 estudiantes, se tuvo como técnica investigativa la encuesta siendo el instrumento fundamental el cuestionario. Luego del proceso investigativo, se encontró que: para la gran mayoría, el Derecho en el Ecuador es muy importante porque en base a él se pueden definir las leyes y normas que rigen al país y además que la consideran como la segunda Carrera más atractiva para estudiar en la Universidad.

  This paper analyzes the importance of studying law in Ecuador, it begins by assessing the importance of education in general in any person, then this analysis is limited to the legal sciences, then aspects are considered concerning thatthe law in a country is of fundamental importance because it regulates the formal coexistence of its inhabitants and therefore defines the basic rules of such coexistence. It is considered that the fundamental regulation is conceptualized in the Constitution that regulates all the rights and obligations of the citizens. The objective of the work was: to analyze the perception of the students of the sixth grades of several schools in the city of Guaranda on the importance of Law in Ecuador and based on thisthe definition of the level of attraction that the career has in the region. A qualitative-quantitative research methodology was applied, a field research was developed in which we worked with a population of approximately 600 students, the research technique was the survey,being the fundamental instrument the questionnaire. After the research process, it was found that: for the vast majority, Law in Ecuador is very important because based on it the laws and regulations that govern the country can be defined and also that they consider it as the second most attractive career to study at the University.
