    Años después de dictarse la sentencia que tiene por rúbrica el presente trabajo, sigue apreciándose su importancia y las aportaciones que supuso. Los pactos matrimoniales y prematrimoniales continúan en auge, siendo una figura a menudo empleada por contrayentes y esposos para la determinación de las consecuencias que pudiera tener una supuesta crisis matrimonial. No obstante, el legislador no se ha referido a ellos expresamente aún, debiendo acudirse a pronunciamientos como el que aquí se presenta para determinar, entre otros aspectos, qué límites coartan la autonomía de la voluntad de quienes los acuerdan. Ahora, con algo de distancia y perspectiva, procedemos a examinar las afirmaciones que en 2015 realizó el TribunalSupremo.

    Years after the judgment that is the subject of this work was handed down, its importance and the contributions it made are still being appreciated. Marriage and prenuptial agreements continue to be on the rise, being a figure often used by the contracting parties and spouses to determine the consequences that a supposed marital crisis could have. However, the legislator has not yet expressly referred to them, and it is necessary to resort to pronouncements such as the one presented here to determine, among other aspects, what limits restrict the autonomy of will of those who agree to them. Now, with some distance and perspective, we proceed to examine the statements made by the Supreme Court in 2015.
