    La figura de Alejandra Pizarnik (1936-1972) no es solamente la de un referente literario ampliamente reconocido por la crítica, sino que se ha convertido en una suerte de leyenda, un mito que fue alentado por sus lectores pero también por el relato que la propia autora hizo de sí misma a través de sus Diarios y otros escritos. Este artículo se propone articular algunas de las claves que rodean a la creación de un personaje –o mejor, personajes– por parte de Alejandra Pizarnik, de manera que se abordará su relación con el lenguaje y con la noción del exilio, la emergencia del cuerpo a través del corpus textual, así como la comprensión de su obra desde una perspectiva que reconcilia sus textos canónicos, es decir, sus libros de poesía, con otros textos en prosa en los que la transgresión verbal se convierte en protagonista.

    The figure of Alejandra Pizarnik (1936-1972) is not only that of a lite-rary reference widely recognized by critics, but has become a sort of legend, a myth that was encouraged by her readers but also by the account that the au-thor made of herself through her Diaries and other writings. This article aims to articulate some of the keys surrounding the creation of a character -or rather, characters- by Alejandra Pizarnik, so that her relationship with language and with the notion of exile, the emergence of the body through the textual corpus, as well as the understanding of her work from a perspective that reconciles her canonical texts, that is, her books of poetry, with other prose texts in which verbal transgression becomes the protagonist, will be discussed.
