    En el artículo se realiza un rápido recorrido por la historia de los cambios en la organización empresarial para plantear una reflexión sobre la forma que tuvieron en los países latinoamericanos hasta los años 1970 cuando el modelo de los países centrales entró en crisis. A manera de conclusión se señala que así como el liberalismo y el despegue del sector financiero en los inicios del Siglo XX condujeron a dos guerras mundiales sin resolver ninguno de los problemas del capitalismo, el neoliberalismo no solo tampoco está en condiciones de hacerlo, sino que está conduciendo al mundo a una situación muy dramática, en especial cuando se aprecia el presente europeo.AbstractThe article makes a quick review through the history of changes in business organization to propose a reflection on the form they had in Latin American countries until the seventies, when the model of the central countries plunged into crisis. As a conclusion, it is stated that as well as liberalism and take off of the financial sector in the early twentieth century led to two world wars without solving any of the problems of capitalism, neoliberalism is not only incapable of doing so either, but is leading to a dramatic situation, especially if we look at Europe at present.
