Resumen de Motivações para o crime de feminicídio: Revisão integrativa da literatura

  We sought to identify which are the motivations for the crime of femicide. We performed a data collection in the SCIELO, CAPES, and BVS journals, in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, including articles published between 2015 and 2019. We selected 11 researches that met the inclusion criteria. The results were organized into eight categories: “Separation/end of a rela-tionship”; “Jealousy”; “It was her fault: the woman's conduct,” “Alcohol and other drugs and mental disorders,” “The way out of the job market,” “Rape followed by femicide and drug trafficking,” “When the woman is the mastermind of the crime,” “Masculinities, violence and the defense of honor”. We observed that the motivations for the crime of femicide were in-tertwined with gender mandates, that is, when a woman does not perform the expected femi-ninity, she may be at risk of life and that the mandates of masculinity gave intelligibility in the justification of the crime.

  Buscamos identificar quais as motivações para o crime de feminicídio. Realizamos uma coleta de artigos nas bases SCIELO, Periódicos CAPES e BVS, em português, inglês e espanhol, publicados entre 2015 e 2019. Selecionamos 11 pesquisas que atendiam aos critérios de inclusão e o objetivo proposto. Os resultados foram organizados em oito categorias: “Separação/fim do relacionamento”; “Ciúmes”; “A culpa foi dela: a conduta da mulher”, “Álcool e outras drogas e transtornos mentais”, “A saída para o mercado de trabalho”, “Estupro seguido de feminicídio e o tráfico de drogas”, “Quando a mulher é a mandante do crime”, “Masculinidades, violência e a defesa da honra”. Observamos que as motivações para o crime de feminicídio estiveram en-trelaçadas aos mandatos de gênero, ou seja, quando uma mulher não performatiza a feminilidade esperada, ela pode estar em risco de mortee que os mandatos de masculinidade deram inteligibilidade na justificativa do crime
