  GUERRA, COMIDA Y HAMBREHay guerra, sobre su magnitud hay diversas interpretaciones; para algunos analistas la misma se reduce a una confrontación entre Rusia y Ucrania, producida por un deseo guerrerista de Vladímir Putin. En esta narrativa (sostenida por los mass-media occidentales) Ucrania únicamente se defiende de una agresión y la Unión Europea y Estados Unidos (a través de la OTAN ¿un bloque guerrerista también?) le auxilian en su defensa.

  Desde otras perspectivas, otros analistas y medios de comunicación hablan de que la confrontación entre la OTAN y Rusia en territorio ucraniano es una expresión de la Tercera Mundial híbrida. Esta guerra es el preludio del nacimiento de un nuevo orden internacional (NOI). El NOI aún no da visos de ser bipolar o multipolar, existe mucho debate al respecto.

  En la conformación de ese NOI hay otros jugadores, China en primerísimo lugar, India y bloques como los BRICS. La Unión Europea desde el principio eligió seguir jugando un papel subordinado a Estados Unidos.

  WAR, FOOD AND HUNGERThere is a war and about its magnitude, there are several interpretations, for some analysist, it is reduced to a confrontation between Russia and Ukraine, produced by a warmongering desire of Vladimir Putin. In this narrative (sustained by the western media) Ukraine only defends itself against an aggression and the European Union and the United States (through the NATO, a warmongering block too?) support it in its defense.

  From other perspectives, another analysts and media say that the confrontations between the NATO and Russia within Ukrainian territory is an expression of the hybrid World War III. The prelude of this war is the birth of a new international order (NIO). The NIO still does not show signs of being bipolar or multipolar and there is a wide debate about it.

  For the conformation of this NIO, there are other players, China in the first place, India, and blocks such as the BRICS. From the beginning, the European Union chose to continue playing a subservient role to the United States
