    El régimen convertible en Argentina, vigente desde 1991 hasta 2002, supuso una reestructuración de las relaciones entre los actores económicos y el Estado, en particular en la faz fiscal. Estas mutaciones alentaron la emergencia de acciones colectivas de protesta, no solo por parte de las asociaciones que tradicionalmente habían representado a los productores agropecuarios, sino también de colectivos que se configuraron a partir de la crítica situación. El objetivo de este artículo es reconstruir esa coyuntura a partir de las demandas y de las representaciones de los mencionados actores agrarios, en especial aquellas que hacen referencia al Estado y el lazo fiscal.

    The convertible regime in Argentina, in force from 1991 to 2002, meant restructuring the relations between economic stakeholders and the State, particularly in its fiscal aspect. Such mutations encouraged the emergence of collective protest actions, not only by the associations that had traditionally represented agricultural producers, but also by groups that were formed as a consequence of the critical situation. The objective of this article is to reconstruct those circumstances according to the representations and demands of the aforementioned agrarian stakeholders, specifically to those addressed to the State and the fiscal bond.
