El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar, a la luz de las recientes reformas normativas, la incidencia que plantean las jubilaciones anticipadas y parciales de cara a la sostenibilidad de nuestro sistema de pensiones. Y ello teniendo presente que la actual tendencia a seguir dentro de nuestro mercado laboral es la de endurecer la jubilación anticipada y retrasar la edad real de jubilación para que se aproxime más a la real, de cara a garantizar la sostenibilidad del sistema público de pensiones.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze, in the light of the recent regulatory reforms, the incidence posed by early and partial retirements in order to sustain our pension system. And this bearing in mind that the current tendency to continue within our labor market is to tighten early retirement and delay the real retirement age so that it is closer to the real one, in order to guarantee the sustainability of the public pension system.
