    Desde los inicios del comercio, el mundo ha sufrido un grave problema llamado economía informal, siendo una constante y por ello a lo largo de los años ha tenido un crecimiento radical. La economía informal se puede observar en la vida diaria de todo el mundo. En específico, se identifica que existe un grave problema con los vendedores ambulantes, por lo que el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la regulación fiscal de vendedores ambulantes que existen en México y en otros países del mundo. Dicha investigación es cualitativa con un diseño no experimental y de carácter exploratorio. Por lo anterior, la presente investigación mostrará la situación de vendedores ambulantes en distintos países de los diferentes continentes del mundo, al igual que su regulación fiscal, para de esta manera poder realizar una comparación de la regulación fiscal que se hace en nuestro país con la del mundo.

    Since the beginning of trade, the world has suffered from a serious problem called the informal economy, which is a constant and for this reason it has had radical growth over the years. The informal economy can be observed in everyday life around the world. Specifically, it is identified that there is a serious problem with street vendors, that’s why the objective of this research is to analyze the tax regulation of street vendors that exist in Mexico and in other countries of the world. This research is qualitative with a non-experimental and exploratory design. So, this research shows the situation of street vendors in different countries on different continents of the world, as well as their fiscal regulation, in order to carry out a comparison of the regulation that is done in our country with that of the world.
