Resumen de La importancia del domicilio fiscal para evitar incurrir en infracciones, sanciones y un posible delito fiscal

  Al hablar del domicilio fiscal se presenta una problemática muy particular pues los contribuyentes (las personas físicas), pierden de vista la importancia de este, no solo se trata de la presentación oportuna de las diversas declaraciones de pago o informativas, sino el de mantener  actualizado el Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) dando aviso oportuno a la autoridad fiscal cualquier cambio o actualización del domicilio fiscal para evitar incurrir en infracciones a las disposiciones fiscales y como consecuencia a las sanciones correspondientes y hasta un delito fiscal. El enfoque de esta investigación es descriptiva, mediante un proceso de recopilación bibliográfica y algunos estudios documentales que se hacen mención en el desarrollo del tema, que les permita a los contribuyentes cumplir correctamente con todas sus obligaciones fiscales, generando confianza y certidumbre con sus clientes y proveedores con los que habitualmente realiza operaciones comerciales y se traduzca en un mayor crecimiento económico

  When talking about the tax domicile, a particular problem is presented, this virtue of the fact that taxpayers, especially natural persons, lose sight of the importance of it, since it is not only about the timely presentation of the various payment declarations or informative, but to keep the Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC) updated, giving timely notice to the tax authority if any change or update occurs, such as the tax domicile, to avoid incurring violations of tax provisions and as consequence to the corresponding sanctions and even a tax offense. The focus of this research is descriptive, through a process of bibliographic and documentary compilation that allows taxpayers to correctly comply with all their tax obligations, generating trust and certainty whit their clients and suppliers with whom they usually carry out business operations and translate into higher economic growth.
