    La hermandad de la Buena Muerte de Huelva se fundó en 1921, y se ubicó en la capilla del colegio de los Agustinos, comenzando a procesionar en la tarde del Viernes Santo. La imagen de la Virgen de la Consolación debía de datar de la primera mitad del siglo XVIII y su origen puede estar en la extinta hermandad del Dulce Nombre. Era de autor desconocido. Desgraciadamente, la Virgen fue destruida en el incendio provocado al convento de las Madres Agustinas, el 21 de julio de 1936, durante la Guerra Civil española.

    The Brotherhood of la Buena Muerte from Huelva was created in 1921, and was located at the Agustinian Chapel School. The Brotherhood started to be featured in the evening of Holy Friday. The sculpture of the Virgin of Consolación might date from the first half of the 18th century and its origin might be in the extinct Brotherhood of Dulce Nombre. It was by an unknown sculptor. Unfortunately, the Virgin was destroyed as a consequence of an arson in the Convent of Augustinian Nuns, in July 21st, 1936, during the Spanish Civil War.
