    En este artículo se presenta el sistema de condiciones tecnológicas, estructurales y de talento humanos, que se requieren para iniciar el cambio de una cultura organizacional, que utiliza información, conocimiento e inteligencia cognoscitiva y emocional, en forma intuitiva, fraccionada, adicional o paralela a la actividad principal de la organización a otra cultura en la que aprender, generar nuevos conocimientos, modos de acción, innovación tecnológica y el mejoramiento continuo no son metas de un período determinado sino la forma de ser y actuar cotidiano de la organización. Se analiza el espejismo del tratamiento por separado (y no en sistema) de las condiciones y acciones que se requieren y se advierten los elementos que deben integrarse para conseguir realmente la introducción de la Gestión del Conocimiento y del Aprendizaje como formas de ser de la organización.

    This article presents the system of technologycal conditions, structural and human talent that are needed to initiate the change of an organizational culture that uses information, knowledge and cognitive and emotional intelligence, intuitively, fractional, or additional parallel to The main activity of the organization to another culture in which learning, generate new knowledge, modes of action, technologycal innovation and continuous improvement goals are not a given period, but the way of being and operate nowadays organization. We analyze the glamour treatment separately (not in the system) the conditions and actions that are required and there are elements that must be integrated to achieve truly the introduction of Knowledge Management and Learning as ways of being of the organization.
