De acuerdo a la experiencia vivida como empresario en la industria, especialmente en el ramo de los plásticos, se observa la Cátedra Empresarial como una necesidad de primer orden para las instituciones educativas, considerando que la globalización en todas las naciones, organizaciones y el conocimiento técnico científico en general, es el futuro cercano y esencia fundamental en el intercambio de bienes y servicios que el ser humano produce. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, el hombre puede construir su proyecto de vida, desarrollando potencialidades que le garanticen alcanzar las metas, partiendo del conocimiento propio de debilidades y fortalezas, permitiéndole reconocer el conjunto de valores, actitudes y comportamientos que lo guiarán en el camino del éxito como emprendedor .

According to the experience lived as manager in industry, specially in the field of plastics, I see the managerial class as a neccesity of firt order for the educational institutions, considering that the globalization in all the nations, organizations and the scientific technical knowledge in general; It is the next future as a fundamental essence in the exchange of articles and services that the human being takes place. Keeping in mind the above-mentioned, the man can build his project of life, developing potentialities that guarantee him to reach his goals, leavind of the own knowledge of his weaknesses and strengths that allow him to recognize the group of values, attitudes and behaviors that guide him in the one on the way to the seccess like to venturesome.
