El presente artículo realiza un breve estudio y síntesis sobre las primeras leyes laborales españolas. Exponemos que la regulación laboral fue durante décadas escasa, existiendo grandes diferencias respecto a otros países europeos. Se analiza su contenido, las resistencias de la patronal contra su aplicación, y las condiciones de trabajo en la primera década del siglo XX.

This article makes a brief study and synthesis on the first Spanish labor laws. We state that labor regulation was scarce for decades, existing great differences with respect to other European countries. Its content, the resistance of the employer against its application, and the working conditions in the first decade of the 20th century are analyzed.
