The teaching unit 'Healthy and sustainable mobility' has been developed to respond to the social concerns and needs in the field of Physical Activity and Health of my students. At the same time, its goal is to create life habits aligned with the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals, 2030). Throughout 10 ses-sions of Physical Education we pose a problem situation to integrate knowledge and apply it later, to new situations in real life. As conclusions, we draw, on one hand, the positive impact that transdiscipli-narity has, both for the students and for the climate of the center and the teaching staff, and on the other, the increased awareness in the students of the positive use of the bicycle in their lives, and for society in general.
