    El presente trabajo analiza el contenido del artículo 24 de la Constitución Española sobre el derecho a obtener la tutela judicial efectiva de los jueces y tribunales desde la perspectiva del Derecho Constitucional. Es uno de los Derechos Fundamentales que el Estado concede al ciudadano para hacer efectivos sus derechos e intereses legítimos y obtener una resolución fundada. La incorporación de otras figuras como la conciliación, el arbitraje o la mediación, exige redefinir el actual derecho a la tutela judicial efectiva en un sentido más amplio que únicamente el acceder a la solución de sus conflictos.

    This study analyzes the content of article 24 of the Spanish Contitution on the right to obtain effective judicial protection from judges and courts from the perspective of Constitutional Law. It is one of the Fundamental Rights that the State grants to the citizen to enforce his legitimate rights and interests and obtain a well-founded resolution. The incorporation of other figures such as conciliation, arbritation and mediation, requires redefining the current right to effective judicial protection in a broader sense than just accessing the solution of their conflicts
