Resumen de Desde Argentina la reincorporación a España de emigrantes españoles y sus descendientes con doble nacionalidad

España, desde las últimas décadas del siglo pasado, se convirtió en el país de destino para numerosos inmigrantes, entre otros los argentinos. No pocos de ellos eran descendientes de españoles que habían recuperado la nacionalidad de sus antepasados, por lo tanto se trataba de españoles que “retornaban”, aunque en realidad alguno nunca hasta entonces había estado en España. En este artículo analizamos las características de estos retornados y las motivaciones que los mueven a desplazarse a este país.

Since the last decades of the past Century Spain became the country of destination for many immigrants, including Argentinians. Many of them were descendants of Spaniards who recovered their ancestors’ nationality. Therefore they were “returning” Spaniards, even though many of them had never set foot in Spain before. In this paper we analyze the caracteristics of these /returnees/, and the motivations that caused them to move to this country.
