    Se han realizado numerosas investigaciones sobre la Bauhaus que evidencian la repercusión que ha tenido en la historia del diseño y de la arquitectura la labor llevada a cabo por la escuela alemana a través de algunos de sus miembros; sin embargo, pocas de ellas han profundizado en el conocimiento que los arquitectos españoles tenían sobre sus avances en materia del mueble en el periodo de entreguerras. La presente investigación persigue, a través del análisis de los artículos de las publicaciones periódicas de arquitectura españolas divulgadas entre 1918 y 1936, identificar qué contenidos y referencias pudieron conocer los arquitectos españoles del momento sobre la teoría y obra de los directores, profesores y alumnos de la Bauhaus con relación al mobiliario y al interior. Como conclusión a este estudio, se pretende definir el proceso de penetración de esas propuestas en España.

    Numerous investigations have been carried out on the Bauhaus that have demonstrated the repercussion that the work developed by the German school through some of its members has had on the history of design and architecture; however, few of them have deepened the knowledge that Spanish architects had about their advances in furniture in the interwar period. The present research seeks, through the analysis of the contents of the periodical Spanish architecture publications published between 1918 and 1936, to identify the references that the Spanish architects of the moment were able to know about the theory and work of the directors, teachers, and students of the Bauhaus in relation to the furniture and the interior. As a conclusion to this study, the aim is to define the penetration process of these proposals in Spain.
