    La química busca respostes a les preguntes que plantegen els canvis químics en la constitució interna de la matèria, però no ho fa com un cirurgià amb el seu bisturí: furgant en l’interior dels materials no trobarà res. És la filosofia la que li obrirà els ulls; és la pràctica la que va establint les ulleres que comparteixen les comunitats científiques. I el llenguatge crearà les entitats que veuen els científics amb aquests ulls filosòfics i amb aquestes ulleres pràctiques. En aquest article es proposa començar a ensenyar química a partir de canvis químics propers als alumnes. La història i la filosofia de la química ens ajuden a recuperar el significat de les respostes teòriques

    Chemistry looks for answers to the questions posed by chemical changes in the internal constitution of matter, but it does not do so like a surgeon with his scalpel: digging into the materials you will not find anything. It is philosophy that will open your eyes; it is the practice that is establishing the glasses shared by the scientific communities. And language will create the entities that scientists see with these philosophical eyes and with these practical glasses. This article proposes to start teaching chemistry from close chemical changes for students. The history and philosophy of chemistry help us to recover the meaning of the theoretical answers
