Resumen de Las inconcreciones del Nuevo Pacto Verde y el papel de los espacios socioeducativos

El actual Pacto Verde Europeo está siendo enfocado —por las instituciones europeas— con dos perspectivas principales: la liberal y la socialdemócrata (Ajl, 2021). Ambas presentan limitaciones para diseñar propuestas sólidas y sostenibles en el tiempo. Una parte importante de los análisis críticos ha centrado su atención en las contradicciones del mercado capitalista, el engranaje ideológico neoliberal y las políticas permisivas con la expoliación y la explotación del trabajo y de la tierra. El presente texto intenta destacar las relaciones sociales y medioambientales insostenibles del sistema y la necesidad de ayudar a modificarlas desde los espacios socioeducativos: los centros de educación, los ámbitos de formación comunitaria y los lugares de aprendizaje autogestionado. Pensar en un mundo donde la consagración de la justicia social, ambiental y climática (Martínez Alier, 2016) sea el epicentro de la acción, así como las prácticas éticas para con los demás y con el medioambiente, requiere indiscutiblemente un cambio significativo en la arquitectura de las relaciones humanas para alejarlas del mercantilismo, la explotación y la acumulación de capital (algo que no está en línea con dicho pacto).
Sin duda, uno de esos lugares donde las relaciones humanas se cristalizan y toman cuerpo son los espacios socioeducativos (no solo los centros estatales). Así, una nueva formulación de estos vínculos requiere una subjetividad del sujeto y de la sociedad distintas; una subjetividad que contrarreste los valores y las libertades basados en una noción neoliberalizada del individuo, y que implique una lucha por la materialización de unos espacios educativos integralmente diferentes.

The current European Green Pact is being focused —from the main European institutions— on two main perspectives: the liberal and the social democratic (Ajl, 2021). Both present limitations to design solid and sustainable proposals over time. An important part of the critical analyzes has focused their attention on the contradictions of the capitalist market, the neoliberal ideological gear and the permissive policies with the plunder and exploitation of labor and land. This text tries to highlight the unsustainable social and environmental relations of the system and its need to help modify them from the role of socio-educational spaces: education centers, community training areas and self-managed learning places. Thinking of a world where the consecration of social, environmental and climate justice (Martínez Alier, 2016) is the epicenter of its action, as well as ethical practices towards others and the environment, indisputably requires a significant change in architecture. of human relations away from mercantilism, exploitation and the accumulation of capital (something that is not in line with said Pact).
Undoubtedly, one of those places where human relationships crystallize and take shape are socio-educational spaces (not only state centers). Thus, a new formulation in human relations requires a different subjectivity of the subject and of society; a subjectivity that counteracts the values and freedoms based on a neoliberalized notion of the individual. This subjectivity implies a struggle for the materialization of completely different educational spaces.
