Ciudadanías alternativas y constitucionalidad

    La investigación que se adelanta actualmente tiene como fin dilucidar los diferentes análisis que se sustentan en la actualidad en torno a la ciudadanía, los cuales señalan la importancia del concepto y reconocen el papel que el concepto ha vuelto a ocupar en los últimos años en los debates teóricos y en las estrategias concretas de acción de los procesos de democratización. De igual forma, se sustentan algunas ideas y conceptos sobre las alternativas existentes, desde diferentes enfoques, en donde se señala la importancia del ciudadano-individuo en la nueva situación, la diversidad y la autonomía de los sujetos sociales, las personas ponen en un primer plano el protagonismo. Podemos decir que este protagonis-mo es: específico, cognitiva mente orientado y circunstanciado, y no es un protagonismo que se precipite en torno a cuestiones de alto nivel de generalidad

    The investigation currently being carried out here has as its aim to explain the different analyses held at the moment regarding the citizenship, which indicate the importance of the concept and support the role that the idea has taken again during the last years in theoretical debates and in concrete strategies of action of the de-mocratization processes.

    In the same way, sorne ideas and concepts are contained on the existing alternatives, from different approaches, where the importance of the citizen -individual in the new situation, the diversity and the autonomy of the social subjects is outlined, where people place the center of attention. We can say that this center of attention is: speci-fic, cognitively oriented and detailed and it is nota center of attention that hurries around matters of high level of generality.
