    Se estudian las relaciones entre texto, imagen y materialidad en un manuscrito facticio perteneciente a la Biblioteca de Osuna conservado en la BNE y en dos grabados calcográficos que originariamente estuvieron adheridos a las guardas del códice. Tras el análisis iconográfico de los grabados, se estudia brevemente la composición textual, así como la materialidad y fortuna del manuscrito para establecer de este modo las conexiones temáticas y la trascendencia del facticio como un “artefacto cultural”.

    This article studies the relationship between text, image and materiality in a factitious manuscript belonging to the Osuna Library preserved at the BNE and in two copperplate engravings that were originally attached to the endsheets of the codex. Iconographic analysis of the engravings, the textual composition and the materiality and fate of the manuscript are studied, in order to establish the thematic connections and the significance of the factitious manuscript as a “cultural artefact”.
