  La educación y la dirección son acciones humanas que comparten lo más íntimo de su acción, es decir, comparten su finalidad que es: ayudar a crecer a los demás. Comparten el fin porque comparten a la persona que es lo nuclear de ambas acciones. De manera que, en primer lugar hay que entender a la persona como quien está llamada, por medio de su vocación –única e irrepetible–, a perfeccionar su esencia en función de su acto de ser. Educación y dirección son acciones que implican habilidades de gobierno y, la colegialidad basada en autoridad es el mejor sistema de gobierno para ejercerlas. Dicho perfeccionamiento se logra a partir del crecimiento de varios aspectos de la persona, entre ellos, los que aquí se profundizan: la técnica, el conocimiento, la virtud, la ética y la libertad.

  Education and management are human actions that share the most intimate aspect of their action, that is because they share the purpose that is: help to growth others. They share the purpose because they share the person that is the most nuclear part in both actions. So, first it must be understood the person as one who is called by his vocation –unique and unrepeatable–, to perfect his essence in terms of his act of being. Education and management are actions that involve government skills and collegiality based on authority is the best system of government for perform them. This perfection can be achieved from the growth of several aspects of the person among them, the ones that here are deepened: technique, knowledge, virtue, ethics and liberty.
