Resumen de Els poemes minúsculs i els poemes visuals de Verdaguer, a propòsit de la composició «Lli», de Brins d'espígol

  The analysis of the Brins d’espígol poem ‘Lli’ (Flax) within the group of manuscripts that make up the composition of the book reveals how Jacint Verdaguer, in his later works, undertook minimalist and visual poetry, that is, prioritizing hyper-brevity and using the visual form of the poem. This article will present eleven proofs that appear in pencilled autograph on f. 3r of ms. 2426 (BNC)—the oldest of the four notebooks that refer to Brins d’espígol—and commentary will be made on the poem ‘Lli’ given the completed state and success of the piece, and because it has become the outstanding example of the poet’s striving to combine conceptual and visual intention. Indeed, outside the context in which it is found, ‘Lli’ could be considered an authentic calligram of fully contemporary stamp.

  L’anàlisi del poema «Lli» de Brins d’espígol dins el grup de manuscrits que formen la composició del llibre ha desvetllat com Jacint Verdaguer, en l’últim tram de la seva producció enceta la poesia minimalista i visual, és a dir, prioritza la hiperbrevetat i se serveix de la forma plàstica del poema. Aquest article presentarà onze provatures que apareixen en autògraf i a llapis al f. 3r del ms. 2426 (BNC) —la llibreta més antiga de les quatre que fan referència a Brins d’espígol— i es donaran alguns comentaris del poema «Lli», pel que té de peça reeixida i acabada, i perquè s’ha convertit en el màxim exemple d’aquesta voluntat del poeta de combinar la intenció conceptual i alhora la visual. De fet, fora del context on es troba, «Lli» es podria considerar com un cal·ligrama autèntic, perquè la seva factura és plenament contemporània.
