    En Venezuela, se aprobó una tercera Ley del Deporte que fue publicada en la Gaceta Oficial No.39. 741, aprobada el:23/08/2011.En la mencionada ley se contempla dos figuras atadas a procesos de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación es el caso del Registro Principal y el Registro Auxiliar del deporte. El registro auxiliar es competencia de los municipios, entonces es necesario conocer la importancia y con ello las dificultades que presentan los municipios en la implantación y ejecución de los registros auxiliares lo que obliga a los responsables de los entes deportivos municipales asumir la gestión de los procesos de los Registros Auxiliares del Registro Nacional del Deporte. El objetivo general de la investigación es: Analizar la importancia de los registros auxiliares del deporte, la actividad física y la educación física en los entes del deporte de los municipios del estado Zulia, los objetivos específicos: Determinar las características sociodemográficas, analizar el nivel de importancia de realizar el registro auxiliar por parte de los responsables de los entes deportivos, así como determinar la participación en el registro auxiliar del deporte de los organismos promotores sociales del deporte. Metodología: enfoque cuantitativo de medición transversal, no experimental, descriptiva, con un universo de 21 municipios con una muestra de 9 sujetos el instrumento fue una encuesta con un link de aplicación se concluye que la suma de la media aritmética de los ítems positivos como definitivamente y probablemente (si) vemos que este objetivo y este criterio se cumple en un 56.15%. En cuanto a la participación en el registro auxiliar del deporte de los organismos promotores sociales del deporte tenemos que este objetivo se cumple en un 42.7%.

    In Venezuela, a third Sports Law was approved and published in the Official Gazette No.39. 741, approved on: 23/08/2011.in the mentioned law two figures are contemplated tied to processes of the Information and Communication Technologies is the case of the Main Registry and the Auxiliary Registry of sport. The auxiliary registry is the responsibility of the municipalities, so it is necessary to know the importance and thus the difficulties that the municipalities have in the implementation and execution of auxiliary records which requires those responsible for the municipal sports entities to assume the management of the processes of the Auxiliary Records of the National Sport Registry. The general objective of the research is: To analyze the importance of the auxiliary registers of sport, physical activity and physical education in the sport entities of the municipalities of the state of Zulia, the specific objectives: To determine the socio-demographic characteristics, to analyze the level of importance of carrying out the auxiliary register on the part of those responsible for the sport entities, as well as to determine the participation in the auxiliary register of sport of the social promoter organizations of sport. Methodology: quantitative approach of transversal measurement, non-experimental, descriptive, with a universe of 21 municipalities with a sample of 9 subjects the instrument was a survey with an application link it is concluded that the sum of the arithmetic mean of the positive items as definitely and probably (if) we see that this objective and this criterion is fulfilled in 56.15%. Regarding the participation in the auxiliary registry of sport of the social promoter organizations of sport we have that this objective is fulfilled in 42.7%.
