Resumen de Educação física escolar no município de Paiçandu (PR): fatos, conquistas e desafios da consolidação em 2016 aos dias atuais em 2022

  INTRODUÇÃO: Este trabalho caracteriza-se como um Relato de Experiência, produzido por Professores de Educação Física do Quadro Próprio do Magistério Público Municipal de Paiçandu (PR), que atuaram na Assessoria Pedagógica de Educação Física do município. OBJETIVOS: Neste relato o objetivo é relatar os desafios da introdução da disciplina na grade curricular com professores da área, progressos da organização coletiva, conquistas conjuntas da rede e entraves na estruturação da Educação Física Escolar de Paiçandu, uma vez que a Educação Física no município foi inserida tardiamente no currículo municipal com professores com formação específica. MÉTODOS: Este relato produzido sob método qualitativo do tipo descritivo, contextualiza o primeiro quinquênio de trabalho, as alterações curriculares, desenvolvimento do trabalho, percalços cotidianos e os desafios impetrados pela Pandemia de COVID-19 no contexto escolar. RESULTADOS: Os trabalhos desenvolvidos ao longo de cinco anos pela Assessoria Pedagógica e Professores de Educação Física no ambiente escolar buscaram estruturar e atualizar a estrutura curricular a fim de atender as necessidades legais da disciplina e promover o aprendizado específico dos alunos e, este trabalho se deu em diferentes contextos sociais, inclusive no momento mais crítico dos últimos tempos na Pandemia de COVID-19, enfrentando entraves políticos, financeiros e estruturais para a efetivação da atuação. CONCLUSÃO: A tarefa de estruturar propostas pedagógicas, aliar o ensino da Educação Física com limitações físicas e de recursos é um desafio de grande monta. Consideramos que muito já foi feito, porém, ainda há muito a se fazer para que o processo de ensino e aprendizagem se efetive em condições ideais de trabalho.

  BACKGROUND: This work is characterized as an Experience Report, produced by Physical Education Teachers of the Municipal Public Magisterium of Paiçandu, Paraná, Brasil, who worked in the Pedagogical Advisory of Physical Education of the municipality. OBJECTIVE: In this report, the objective is to report the challenges of introducing the discipline into the curriculum with teachers in the area, progress of the collective organization, joint achievements of the network and obstacles in the structuring of Physical Education in Paiçandu, since Physical Education in the municipality was inserted late in the municipal curriculum with teachers with specific training. METHODS: This report, produced under a qualitative descriptive method, contextualizes the first five-year period of work, curricular changes, work development, daily mishaps and the challenges imposed by the COVID-19 Pandemic in the school context. RESULTS: The works developed over five years by pedagogical advice and physical education teachers in the school environment have sought to structure and update the curriculum structure in order to meet the legal needs of the discipline and promote the specific learning of students and this work took place in different Social contexts, even at the most critical moment of recent times in the COVID-19 pandemic, facing political, financial and structural obstacles to the realization of action. CONCLUSION: The task of structuring pedagogical proposals, combining the teaching of Physical Education with physical limitations and resources is a major challenge. We consider that much has already been done, however, there is still much to be done for the teaching and learning process to be effective under ideal working conditions.
