    La presente investigación surge por la necesidad que las y los estudiantes –adultos- de educación superior inscritos en programas educativos nocturnos o semiescolarizados, tienen por entender la estrategia didáctica de sus profesores; tiene como objetivo identificar el pensamiento del profesor, en relación con el modelo andragógico. El alcance que se pretende con este trabajo es de carácter exploratorio, por ello, el enfoque cualitativo fue el orientador del camino a seguir, apoyado por el método fenomenológico; la participación de las y los docente de algunas IES en la región centro norte de Sinaloa, sin duda fue invaluable, ya que las respuestas vertidas a través del instrumento aplicado, permitieron obtener información que llevara a la inferencia sobre su práctica docente y por ende, su conocimientos sobre el modelo andragógico a fin de poder lograr el objetivo planteado.

    The following research arises from the adult-students necessity in higher education enrolled in evenings or semi-school educational programs, to have understand the teaching strategy of their teachers; aims to identify the teacher´s thinking, in relation to the andragogical model. The scope that I intended with this work is exploratory, therefore, the qualitative approach was the guide of the path to follow, supported by the phenomenological method; the participation of teachers of some HEIs in the central region-north of Sinaloa, was undoubtedly invaluable, since the answers given through the instrument applied, allowed to obtain information that let to the inference about their teaching practices and therefore, their knowledge about the andragogical model, to achieve the objective posed.
