  • The Directive 96/ 61/ CE, concerning to the control composed of the environmental contamination of the industrial activities is an European regulation that has some consequences for the industrial activities that are going to condition the manner of approaching the industrial planning, the operation and abandon of determining activities with environmental incidence. The article presents the most relevant characteristics of the Directive and the implicit aftermath for the industrial market.
