  El “Pla Marc de formació del PDI per al 2009-13” regeix la formació permanentdel professorat de la Universitat de Girona. En ell, per primera vegada, escontempla un format de perfeccionament docent basat en la reflexió sobre lapròpia pràctica.Per a dur-lo a terme s’han creat el que s’anomena “Xarxes d’innovació docent”,constituïdes per equips de professors interessats en aprofundir en el coneixementi domini d’algun aspecte relacionat amb la docència.Durant el curs 2009-10 s’han constituït quatre xarxes, les quals estan treballanten els àmbits següents: Aprenentatge Basat en Problemes, Avaluació,Aprenentatge cooperatiu i TIC i docència.La coordinació i el treball vinculat a les xarxes d’innovació docent s’està duent aterme en quatre fases: detecció de necessitats, creació de les xarxes, seguiment isuport i recollida i projecció dels resultats obtinguts.La present comunicació detallarà tot aquest procés i presentarà algunesconclusions, així com la prospectiva de cares al proper curs.
